What's included in every booking

Local delivery, setup and pickup already sit inside the price we quote. Here is how a booking runs, what the room has to provide, and how we handle a venue further out.

  • Local delivery, setup and pickup in the price
  • We arrive before your guests
  • We come back and pack it down

Start to finish

Six stages, and two of them are yours

You send the details and you say yes. Everything after that is ours to carry, including the carrying.

  1. You send the details

The date, the venue address and roughly how many guests, through the quote form or on 407-457-0519. That is enough for us to price it properly.

  2. We answer with one number

We confirm whether your date is open, ask anything still missing, and quote a figure that already has the local run inside it. One number, not a starting point you build on later.

  3. You hold the date

A reply is enough to take it off the calendar. We write down the booth, the hours, the arrival window and the venue, so none of it gets worked out on the morning.

  4. We agree the detail in advance

Where the booth will stand, what time the venue lets us in, and what color you want. Both the LED wall and the mirror border take a color, so it is worth settling that while you still have time to think about it.

  5. We set up before the doors open

We get there early, level it, run the power, set the lights and test it with real shots. By the time the room fills, the booth has already been working for a while.

  6. We load it out at the end

When the night is over we come back, take it apart and carry it out. The pack down is our job too, which is the part most people forget to ask about.

Delivery, setup and pickup

The setup is ours, both ends of the night

We load the van, drive it, carry it in, level it, run the power and set the lighting. At the end we come back, break it down and take it away. Nobody in your party is asked to lift anything, and nobody is handed a bill at the door for the privilege.

For a local venue that is not an extra line on the quote. It is the quote. Out of town carries a small additional fee, and we put it in front of you before you book rather than after.

While the booth is running

The hours in between look after themselves

Once it is lit and tested, your guests take it from there. Every booth we rent is built to be walked up to and used, with nobody from your party standing beside it explaining how.

  • Guests start it themselves. The magic mirror prompts them on screen, touch to start, and the 360 platform takes no explaining at all.
  • Nothing to download. Video goes straight to their phones on the spot, so there is nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.
  • Prints come out at the booth. The magic mirror prints on site, alongside GIF and boomerang modes that send to phones.
  • Your colors are already set. We dial the LED wall and the mirror's lit border in before we leave, so the booth belongs in the room instead of fighting it.
  • Want someone with it? Ask when you inquire. We will tell you honestly whether your event needs one of us standing there.

Delivery area

What counts as local

These are the towns we treat as a local run. Getting the booth to any of them, setting it up and coming back for it is already covered by the price we quote.

  • Orlando
  • Winter Park
  • Altamonte Springs
  • Lake Mary
  • Sanford
  • Oviedo
  • Winter Garden
  • Clermont
  • Celebration
  • Deltona
  • DeLand
  • Daytona Beach

Beyond that list, the answer is usually still yes. We work across Orlando & Central Florida, and a venue a little further out is a small additional fee rather than a closed door. The fee goes in the quote, so you see it at the same moment you see the price.

If you are not sure which side of the line your venue falls on, send us the address and we will tell you straight. It takes us a minute and it saves you guessing.

Your side of it

What we need from the room

It is a short list and none of it is difficult. It is worth putting to your venue early though, because a coordinator can answer all four of these in one email.

A level surface

Every booth stands on the floor rather than on a table. We need a firm, level spot to put it and enough of a path to roll it in.

An outlet within reach

One standard outlet near where the booth stands. If the nearest one is across the room, tell us early and we will plan the run.

Shelter if you are outside

The 360 booth goes under cover, out of rain and direct sun. The inflatable wall is built for outdoor use and needs anchoring.

Room for the queue

The footprints are listed below. Leave a little more than the minimum, because the line waiting to get in becomes part of the party.

360 Photo Booth

Floor area
Roughly a 10 by 10 foot clear area, which covers the rotating arm, the queue and a clean background behind the platform.
Surface
Firm and level. The platform sits on the floor and rolls in on its own wheels.
Power
One standard outlet within reach of the platform.
Outdoors
Yes, on firm level ground and under cover, out of rain and direct sun.
Sizing
Two platform bases, 100 cm and 80 cm, so we can match it to the room you have.

LED Inflatable Photo Booth

Floor area
The wall is 10 feet wide, so leave that much clear plus somewhere for people to stand in front of it.
Surface
Level, with a way to anchor it down.
Power
An outlet for the blower and the LED strips, which run from the same supply.
Outdoors
Yes. The Oxford cloth is made for indoor and outdoor use.
Setup
It inflates and levels in about ten minutes, then a few more to run power and set the color.

Magic Mirror Photo Booth

Floor area
Roughly an 8 by 8 foot area, with a clear wall behind it.
Surface
Level floor. It arrives in a wheeled flight case and rolls into place.
Power
An outlet nearby.
Outdoors
Ask us. We will tell you honestly whether your setup will work before you commit to it.
Getting it in
Doorways and elevators are rarely a problem, because it rolls rather than being carried.

What turns up

Modern equipment, and not much of it

The range is deliberately short. A range this size is one we can keep current, keep clean and keep working, and it is the reason the thing that arrives looks like the thing in the photograph.

Weddings

LED Inflatable Photo Booth

A 10 foot inflatable wall with LED strips built into the panels. Seven main colors, or dial in your own with the remote, and the whole thing goes up in about ten minutes.

Weddings

Magic Mirror Photo Booth

A 65 inch mirror with a 43 inch touch screen behind the glass. Guests walk up, touch to start, and walk away with a print, a GIF or a boomerang.

Weddings

The equipment belongs to the women and family run business that sets it up, so there is no depot in the middle deciding what condition it leaves in.

Questions

The things people check before booking

What if my venue has no outlet nearby?

Tell us when you inquire and we will work it out before the day rather than on it. Each booth runs from one standard outlet within reach of where it stands, so if the nearest one is a long way off we would rather know early and sort the run out with you and the venue.

Can you set the booth up outdoors?

The LED inflatable booth is made for indoor and outdoor use. It needs a level surface, a way to anchor it and an outlet for the blower and lights. The 360 booth also goes outside, on firm level ground and under cover, sheltered from rain and direct sun. For the magic mirror outdoors, ask us and we will tell you honestly whether your setup will work.

How early do you arrive?

Early enough that the booth is up, lit and tested before your first guest walks in. The inflatable wall takes about ten minutes to inflate and level, then a few more to run power and set the color, and the other two are a similar sort of job. We would rather stand around waiting than rush it.

Do I need to provide a table?

No. Each booth stands on its own. The 360 platform sits on the floor and rolls on wheels, the magic mirror arrives in a wheeled flight case and rolls into place, and the inflatable wall holds itself up once it is inflated. All we need from the room is floor space and power.

What happens if something breaks?

Tell us at the time and we will deal with it. The equipment is ours, we are the ones who set it up and we are the ones coming back for it at the end, so there is nobody else to pass you to.

Tell us about your event

Send us the date, the venue and roughly how many guests, and we will come back with availability and a price. Delivery, setup and pickup are already in it.
