Privacy policy
The only information this website collects is what you type into the quote form. This page says what happens to it after that.
Draft document. This is a plain-English starting point written to describe what this website actually does. It is not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. The final wording is coming from Booths & Such Rentals and will replace this page before or shortly after launch.
What this page covers

The short version
The only information this site collects is what you type into the quote form on the contact page. We use it to answer you and to quote your event. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form, we receive the fields you filled in: your name, your email address, and, if you chose to give them, your phone number, your event date, your event type, which booth you are interested in, your venue or city, your approximate guest count and whatever you wrote in the message box.
Everything except your name, your email address and your message is optional. If you would rather not type something into a form at all, call 407-457-0519 or email rental@boothsandsuch.com instead.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to check whether your date is free, to work out a price, and to arrange delivery, setup and pickup if you go ahead. That is the whole list. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
How the form reaches us
The form is handled by a third-party form provider, which receives what you submitted and passes it on to us by email. That provider processes the message on our behalf and holds it under its own privacy terms. It is the same arrangement as sending us an email directly, with one more company in the middle of the delivery.
The form also includes a hidden field that is invisible to people and only ever filled in by automated spam. If it is filled in, the message is discarded.
Tracking, analytics and cookies
As this site is built, there is no analytics tool, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking script on it. The site itself sets no cookies, which is why you were not asked to accept any. Nothing on this page is trying to be clever about that. If tracking is added later, this page has to be updated at the same time, and the client should treat that as part of the job rather than an afterthought.
Who else sees it
The people who run Booths & Such Rentals, and the form provider and email provider that carry the message. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not pass them to other event suppliers unless you have asked us to.
Keeping it, and having it removed
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and booking correspondence for as long as we need them to run the business and to keep our own records straight. If you would rather we did not keep yours, say so and we will remove it.
Asking us to delete it
Email rental@boothsandsuch.com and ask, or call 407-457-0519. Tell us the email address or phone number you used so we can find the right message. You can also ask us what we hold and ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
Children
This site is aimed at people booking an event, not at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through it.
