360 Photo Booth
The right call when your guest list lives on its phone and you want the dance floor busy early. Not the one to pick if what you actually want is a print in somebody's hand at the end of the night.

Weddings in Orlando & Central Florida
A 360 platform, a 10 foot glowing wall and a full length magic mirror. You decide which one belongs at your reception, put it on the floor plan once, and then stop thinking about it.
Why couples book one
Not a novelty in the corner. A booth is the thing that keeps a room moving between the toasts and the dancing, and it is the only camera at your wedding that stays in one place all night.
Every wedding has a soft hour in it. Dessert is cleared, the toasts have landed, the band is still taping cables down, and a room full of people who were sitting a minute ago are now standing around holding drinks. A booth gives that hour somewhere to go. It is the difference between a lull and a queue that turns into its own small party.
It also solves a quieter problem. One photographer, however good, can only stand in one place, and they will be standing where you are. Everything happening at the other end of the room is being missed, and a booth is what collects it.

A real decision
These are not variations on one machine. Each one is wrong for somebody's wedding, so here is when it is wrong for yours.

The right call when your guest list lives on its phone and you want the dance floor busy early. Not the one to pick if what you actually want is a print in somebody's hand at the end of the night.

The right call for a barn, a tent or a backyard that goes flat once the sun drops, because the whole wall glows in your color. Not the one if your room is already dressed and you would rather not add a wall to it.

The right call when guests should leave holding something printed, and when the outfits deserve a full length frame. Not the one if you had your heart set on video, since it shoots stills, GIFs and boomerangs.

Included
We get to your venue ahead of the day's schedule, build the booth, get the power run and dial the lighting into your palette while the room is still being dressed. When it is over we come back for it, so the flight cases go out to our van instead of into a groomsman's car.
Local delivery, setup and pickup sit inside the figure we quote you, for weddings across Orlando & Central Florida. Venues further out carry a small additional fee, and you will know that number while you are still deciding.
Planning
Five things happen between your first message and the end of your reception. One of them is yours, and it takes a minute.
Saturdays in wedding season are the first to go. Send the date and the venue as soon as they are fixed and we will tell you straight away whether it is free.
Describe the space and the crowd. We will say which one suits it, and whether a second booth is worth the floor space at your venue.
The LED wall, the ring around the 360 platform and the border on the mirror all change color. Give us the palette and we set it during setup, so the light in the photos matches the rest of your room.
We arrive ahead of your guests, level everything, run the power and test it, so the first person through the door can walk straight up and use it.
Pickup is part of the booking for local weddings. You leave when you want to leave, and the kit is our problem.
Around the wedding
The same booths go to the parties on either side of the day. Ceremony venues with a reception space attached, engagement parties and rehearsal dinners all work the same way, and they are often the easier bookings because the guest list is smaller and the room is calmer. If you are hosting more than one event, say so when you inquire and we will look at the dates together.
We are small, women and family run. There is no account manager sitting between you and the people who carry the booth into your venue, which is the reason nothing gets lost between the quote and the wedding. More about who you are hiring, or call us on 407-457-0519.
Questions
It depends which booth you choose. The 360 photo booth wants roughly a 10 by 10 foot clear area, which covers the platform, the rotating arm and room for people to wait their turn. The magic mirror wants an area roughly 8 feet square, with a plain wall at its back. The LED inflatable booth is 10 feet wide, so plan for that wall plus standing room in front of it. Each one needs a standard power outlet within reach. If you are not sure your room or tent works, tell us the venue and we will give you a straight answer before you book.
We agree the hours with you when we quote, because it depends on your running order and which booth you book. Tell us roughly when you want the booth open, whether that is cocktail hour, the stretch after dinner, or the whole reception, and we will confirm it in writing with the price. We arrive early enough to have the booth built and lit before your guests are in the room, and we come back at the end to pack it down.
Yes. The LED inflatable booth has seven main colors on the remote, plus a touch color ring for the shades in between and control over mode, speed and brightness. The 360 photo booth has a full-color LED ring around the platform. The magic mirror has a color-changing LED border around the glass. Send us your palette before the day and we will set the color while we are setting up, so the booth belongs in your room instead of fighting it.
Yes, and they get them on the night. The 360 booth shares each slow-motion clip straight to the guest's phone on the spot, with nothing to download and nothing to sign up for. The magic mirror prints at the booth and also runs GIF and boomerang modes that send to phones. So people leave with something in their hand or in their camera roll, long before your photographer's gallery lands.
Yes, plenty of events take two. A popular pairing is the 360 platform with the LED inflatable wall behind it, because the inflatable works as a standalone backdrop as well as an enclosed booth. You need floor space and a power outlet for each one, so tell us when you inquire and we will plan the setup around your floor plan rather than squeezing it in on the day.
The LED inflatable booth is made from tear-resistant Oxford cloth rated for indoor and outdoor use. Outside it wants level ground, something to anchor it to, and power for the blower and the LED strips. The 360 booth can go outdoors on a firm level surface under cover, out of the rain and out of direct sun, with an outlet within reach of the platform. For the magic mirror outdoors, describe the space to us and we will tell you honestly whether it will work at your venue.
As soon as your date and venue are settled. Saturdays in wedding season are the first to go, so booking early is what keeps your first choice of booth available rather than the one that happens to be free. It is always worth asking, whatever the notice. Either way you will get a quick answer from us, because a slow no is worse than a fast one when you are still building a plan.
A standard power outlet within reach of where the booth stands, a level surface, and a way to get the equipment through the door. The magic mirror rolls in on its own wheeled flight case, so it goes through most doors and into most service elevators without being carried, and the 360 platform is on wheels too, which means it can move from a ceremony space to the reception without being rebuilt. Local delivery, setup and pickup are included, so nobody in the wedding party is carrying anything. Venues outside the local area are usually still a yes, with a small additional delivery fee quoted upfront.
Send us the date, the venue and roughly how many guests you are expecting. We will tell you what is free, which booth suits the room, and what it costs with delivery, setup and pickup already in it.
