Who you are hiring
Small on purpose, and narrow on purpose
We are not trying to become a whole event company. We rent photo booths, we bring them, and we do that part properly.
Women and family run means there is nobody to be passed to
In a business this size there is no account manager, no dispatch desk and no script. The person who reads your message is the person who decides what happens, which is why you can ask an awkward question and get a real answer instead of a policy.
It also means the answer holds. When we say we can be in the room by a certain time, we are the ones who have to be there, so nobody is making that promise on somebody else's behalf.
A short list of booths, and nothing on it for the sake of it
We rent a 360 photo booth, an LED inflatable booth and a magic mirror. That is the whole list, and it is short on purpose.
A short list is one we can actually keep current. The equipment is modern, we own it, we maintain it and we are the ones setting it up in front of your guests, so there is a direct line between how well it is looked after and how the evening goes. A long catalog would mean renting things we had not tested lately, and that is where other people's bad photo booth stories come from.
Included means included
Local delivery, setup and pickup are inside the price we quote rather than added to it afterwards. We arrive early, level the booth, run the power, set the lighting and test it. At the end of the night we come back, pack it down and take it away.
Out of town carries a small additional fee, and you see it in the quote rather than on the day. What a booking includes sets out the whole thing, stage by stage, including what the venue needs to provide.
Not a rental warehouse
You are hiring the people in this photograph
There is no call center here and no handover. The people in this photograph are the ones who answer the phone, talk you through which booth suits your room, and arrive at your venue in the afternoon to set it up while the tables are still being laid.
That is the practical difference between a family business and a rental warehouse. The person who takes your booking is still the person standing behind the booth when your first guest walks in.

Working one area rather than a whole state is the other reason we stay small. We know the venues, the loading doors and how long the drive really takes on a Saturday.

Delivery, setup and pickup to any of those towns is already inside the quoted price. Further out is usually still a yes, with a small additional fee we tell you about before you book rather than after.

Almost everyone who calls us is carrying the whole event in their head. We would like at least one line of that list to look after itself.
If you are getting married
You are already making a hundred decisions, so we try to make this one small. Tell us the date and the venue and we will tell you which booth suits the room, honestly, including when the answer is that you do not need the most expensive one. If you are planning it for someone else
You need a supplier who turns up when they said, sets up without being chased and leaves the room as they found it. You also need answers before you commit, so ask us anything about access, power or timings and you will get a straight reply rather than a brochure.

What areas do you serve?
We cover Orlando & Central Florida, including Orlando, Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Sanford, Oviedo, Winter Garden, Clermont, Celebration, Deltona, DeLand and Daytona Beach. Local delivery, setup and pickup are included in the price. If your venue sits further out it is usually still a yes, with a small additional fee that we quote upfront.
Are you insured?
Ask us when you inquire and we will tell you exactly what we carry. Plenty of venues want paperwork from their suppliers before the day, so it is worth raising early rather than the week of your event. We would rather answer that properly than make a claim on a web page.
How do I book?
Send us the date, the venue and roughly how many guests through the quote form, or call. We will confirm whether the date is open and come back with a price that already includes local delivery, setup and pickup.
